The monthly sewer charge is for your sewer service connection and is paid by all users connected to the City's sewer system. It is a non-variable charge based on account type, and/or meter size, that covers the fixed components of providing sewer service. Fixed costs include, but are not limited to, expenses such as treatment, disposal, debt service, regulatory compliance, customer service, billing, and preventive maintenance.
