Corona makes it easy to get your utility service up and running.

Water Service

You can start service by contacting the Utilities Department Customer Care by telephone at (951) 736-2321 or in person. The soonest day to start or stop service is within 24 business hours. Our business hours are 7am-6pm Monday through Thursday excluding holidays. Start and Stop dates must fall within our regular business hours. Once you have established an account, you can set up an online profile, view your account information at your convenience and take advantage of many other features available online

A new account set-up fee of $26 is charged on new accounts to offset the cost of establishing the account, which include creating accounting records, reading the meter and/or turning on the water service. The set-up fee is charged on the first utility bill of all new accounts.

An additional charge of $116 is incurred for after-hours service, or service that is requested to be turned on within two hours of the close of business. To avoid this fee, please allow ample time for us to start your service.
