The Corona Police Community Partnership (CPCP) is a non-profit organization that works to enhance the cooperation between the police and the citizens of Corona to ensure a safe community. 

Recent Activities & Programs

• Fundraising: The partnership routinely raises more than $10,000 per year, all of which is invested back into the community to assist with crime prevention programs, fund needed equipment, and support our department’s efforts. 
•  Scholarships: CPCP awards several scholarships to local high school graduates who are seeking a future career in law enforcement. 
• Outreach: The partnership is a frequent participant in local events, including Public Safety Day, National Night Out, Trunk or Treats, and many other department sponsored events.
• K-9: CPCP has been a longtime supporter of the department’s K-9 team, having helped purchase police working dogs, safety equipment, and fund police K- trials. 
• Crime Prevention: The department has always excelled with their crime prevention efforts and CPCP is proud to support these efforts. The partnership has helped purchase needed equipment and fund crime prevention programs. 

Meetings & Board Members

CPCP’s Board of Directors is comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The group, along with the general members, are responsible for working with the department to determine CPCP goals and objectives, for establishing policies, and ensuring financial support to meet the needs of both entities. 

CPCP's Board of Directors meets once a month at the Corona Police Department. Additionally, we hold three quarterly and one annual open membership meeting. 

History

Corona Police Community Partnership, Inc. (CPCP) is a non-profit organization formed in March, 1994. Its Board members contribute personal knowledge and expertise, act as advocates for the organization in the community, and contribute knowledge of community issues and matters relating to the organization.
