Southern California Edison Community Meeting: Protecting Against the Threat of Wildfires

Southern California Edison (SCE) has recently implemented a Public Safety Power Shutoff Program. In alignment with its operational safety practices, SCE may proactively shut off power in high fire risk areas when extreme weather conditions present a clear an imminent danger to public safety. SCE has identified twenty-five high-risk area circuits that may be affected throughout our City.

Southern California Edison (SCE) invites you to join them at a Community Meeting to Protect Against the Threat of Wildfires. The presentation will discuss grid resiliency and public safety.

WHEN: Monday, December 10, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

WHERE: Corona Fire Department Training Room, 735 Public Safety Way, Corona

During the meeting, SCE will provide information on their Power Shutoff Program in an effort to keep customers and communities informed.
