Note: The City’s rules and regulations for permitting cannabis businesses (Reso. 2021-022) states that the ranking of storefront applicants expires twelve (12) months from the date it is posted on the City’s website, unless the City manager extends the expiration date. On February 7, 2023, the City Manager extended the expiration date. The final ranking of storefront applicants expired on March 17, 2024.On September 4, 2024, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2024-092 which retroactively extended the storefront retail merit-based final ranking list until terminated by the City Council.
