Pay Your Bill Online
You can pay your water bill online from the comfort of your own home using your MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Visa. Just click here and follow the instructions. As long as your payment is made before 6 p.m. your payment will post on the same day.

Pay Your Bill by Phone
You can pay your water bill by phone using MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa or e-check. Call our Customer Care team Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 951-736-2321.
Autopay Your Bill
With this service, your bill is paid automatically from a designated checking or credit card account. Questions about Autopay — visit the answer center or call 951-736-2321. To sign up:
- Go to our online web portal and create an account.
- Click on the “Automatic Bill Pay” link, and fill out the form.
Use Our Drop Box
The City of Corona Utilities Department has a convenient drop box located in the City Hall parking lot at 400 S. Vicentia Avenue. All payments received by 6:00 p.m. are posted the same business day. Any payments received after 6:00 p.m. or on Fridays, weekends or holidays are posted the next business day.
Pay In Person
You can pay your bill in person at the Customer Care counter located on the first floor of City Hall.

Western Union
Pay your water bill at any of the 44,000 Western Union Agent locations. To find the location nearest you, click here. A fee from Western Union will apply.
PayNearMe
You can make a cash payment on your water bill at any 7-Eleven. Just present the barcode on the back of your bill to a store associate and make your payment. A $2.99 convenience fee will be added to the total.

LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLD WATER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHWAP) – A temporary emergency program to help low-income families with assistance on past due water and sewer bills - up to $2,000. LIHWAP is a grant. You do not have to repay it. Click here for details!
Scam Alerts
Scammers are getting increasingly sophisticated in their attempts to get your money and personal details. The City of Corona Utilities Department has become aware of a circulating Scam in which the scammer calls a customer and demands payment threatening to disconnect service within 30 minutes if no payment is made. The Caller ID appears to be from Corona Utilities Department.

The City of Corona Utilities Department was made aware of a scam caller using a 1-800 number. The call states that a technician will be out in 20 minutes to disconnect water services unless payment is made immediately. They are trying to collect payment using Zelle.
Please remember: The City of Corona reaches out to customers many times via mail and door tag before shutting off a customer’s water. We will never threaten a customer with a 20-minute deadline. The City of Corona does not currently have the option to pay using Zelle. The City’s caller ID appears as 951-736-2400.
