Status of Preferred Premises List
Below is a list that provides a status update of preferred premises identified and selected by ranked storefront cannabis applicants.
Because City Council Resolution 2021-022 requires preferred premises to be reviewed in order of ranking, the list will initially only identify the status of the premises identified by the highest ranked applicant. However, the list will expand over time as subsequent applicants identify and select their preferred premises. The status list will be regularly updated until twelve (12) storefront applicants have provided the City with proof of premise control and have executed an operational agreement with the City. This list may also be revised to provide added clarity, if and when necessary.
