While out of the respect for the safety of its residents the City will not be able to host its traditional fireworks and parade this year, we hope that you will join us for some other fun activities as part of the City’s “Red, White, and YOU!” program.

Share Your 4th of July Message with the Community
Send us a short video (15 seconds or less) with a message you, your family, business, or organization, would like to share with the community. Examples include: "Happy Fourth of July from the Smith family!" or "Your friends at (business name) look forward to seeing you real soon!" Responses may be used for a highlight reel on social media the week of the Fourth.
Guidelines: Landscape orientation, 16:9 ratio, not to exceed 15 seconds. Please refrain from including watermarks, logos, text, political messages, advertising, or controversial subjects.
Does your pooch, kitty, or tortoise (all are welcome!) have what it takes to be our most patriotic pet? Entries will be posted to social media for voting. Pet's with the most likes will receive special honors!

Join us as the City of Corona pays special tribute to its brave military men and women who have served for our great country. Entries are based upon the City's Military Banner Program.

OBCTheater - Independence Day Program
Off Broadway Corona Theater is pleased to showcase talent from within the community with patriotic song selections and stage performances from 1776, a musical based on the signing of the Declaration of Independence.This 30-minute production, will be posted in it's entirety, on Saturday, July 4 at 2:00 p.m.
Under the direction of Marco A. Mejia, the Corona Symphony Orchestra, featuring members of the community, performance an impressive rendition of our National Anthem using state of the art "socially distanced" recording technology.

REMINDER: FIREWORKS ILLEGAL IN CORONA
The City of Corona would like to remind everyone that it is illegal to possess, discharge or sell fireworks. Residents should adhere to the “no fireworks” law throughout the City of Corona (Corona Municipal Code 9.33.010-9.33.030). Citations for violations of the City Ordinance banning fireworks will be issued to those possessing “Safe and Sane” fireworks; the fine is $500. The fine for possession of other types of fireworks (those not certified “Safe & Sane”) is $1000.
