This session reviews sales and prices, financial risks and rewards, true startup costs, ongoing operating expenses, setting benchmarks for tracking progress and the organization of all your financial information. Using a hands-on approach, you learn how to use our financial model to forecast sales revenue and build solid pro-forma financial forecasts.

Cinnamon Alvarez is an entrepreneur, a life coach, and the author of the best-selling book Generating Your Own Happiness. In addition to being the multi-talented entrepreneur behind the manufacturing company A19 Artisan Lighting, Cinnamon has also founded an art gallery and owned a fitness franchise. She volunteers with SCORE and serves on the San Bernardino County Workforce Development Board. Little excites Cinnamon more than seeing others actualize their vision.
