The City of Corona is partnering with K-FROG to host a Route 91 Candlelight Vigil on the 5^th anniversary of the tragedy that struck Las Vegas. The community is invited to remember the fifty-eight lives lost in the tragic event and the additional two angels that passed due to their injuries. The Candlelight Vigil will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 7 to 9 p.m. on the Remembrance Field at Eagle Glen Park (4190 Bennett Avenue).

The tragedy of Route 91 still resonates with the Corona community and all country music lovers. We mourn and remember several Coronans who lost their lives that day. With this candlelight vigil, the City of Corona will remember everyone who lost their lives and the survivors who still live the trauma of October 1, 2017.

K-FROG will provide a limited number of candles, reading of the names, and an open mic for community members. The candles are made possible thanks to Altura Credit Union and Altura Cares.
