About the Shelter

On December 7th, 2022, Corona's City Council approved a partnership with Mercy House Living Centers to operate the City's homeless system of services.

Mercy House, a nonprofit organization known for its best-practice model, is dedicated to ending homelessness by providing a unique system of dignified housing opportunities, programs, and supportive services. Mercy House will manage daily operations in the City’s shelter which will function as a pet friendly, low-barrier emergency shelter and navigation center.

More than Just a Shelter

As a full-service shelter and navigation center, clients will receive lodging in tandem with on-site case management, streamlined access to social services, medical care, mental health and substance use treatment, and permanent housing resources.
