On the Go brings the magic of Community Services right to your neighborhood! Each week we provide opportunities for families to join us at various locations for hands-on activities.  We look forward to meeting you the next time we're out and about!

Foothill Parkway 2.0 Tree Planting

Corona Beautiful Community Cleanup (Volunteer Opportunity)

  • Introduction: Join the City of Corona for the last Community Tree Planting volunteer opportunity of the year!

Volunteer Check in begins at: 8:30 AM

Event Time: 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM

Join the City of Corona for the last community tree planting of the year! This is a volunteer opportunity for all ages in which we will be planting trees along a half mile stretch of Foothill Parkway, in between Chase Drive and Highgrove Street. Volunteers must wear closed toed, comfortable shoes, clothing they do not mind getting dirty, jeans are highly recommended. Work gloves and safety vests will be provided.

Parking: Location will be shared with registered participants the week of the event.

Volunteers will check-in at the City of Corona booth, look for our flags!

All ages are welcome, teens must be at least 14 years old to volunteer without a parent present. Any participants under the age of 18 will need a parent to sign their waiver of liability. Water will be provided. An email confirmation will be sent out on Thursday, November 14th, 2024.

The City of Corona cannot validate any court or school mandated hours for disciplinary purposes.
