The City of Corona invites you to the Independence Day Celebration on Thursday July 4th! Returning with the annual Main Street USA Parade, entertainment at Santana Park, and Fireworks show.
9 AM - Main Street USA Independence Day Parade
The City of Corona invites the community to the Main Street USA Independence Day Parade on Thursday, July 4, 2024. Corona’s Main Street USA Independence Day Parade is a non-competitive parade which provides entertainment, community spirit, and fun for all to enjoy. Drawing 4,000+ families, friends, and neighbors, the parade takes place on Main Street from Ontario Avenue to Olive Street.
PARTICIPATE IN THE PARADE
Applications for the Parade are available online. Submit by June 23rd to participate.[CLOSED]
PRO TIPS FOR THE MAIN STREET USA PARADE
☀️ Beat the heat wear a hat, drink plenty of water, and don’t forget that sunscreen!
😉 Go before you go. Limited restroom access.
📣 Bring your community spirit and be ready to cheer on your friends and neighbors!
PARADE ROAD CLOSURES
The following streets will be posted “No Parking” and closed to through traffic from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on July 4.
- Main Street between Ontario Avenue and Grand Boulevard
- Chatam Circle from the cul-de-sac to Summerset
- Pueblo Road between Main Street and Belle Avenue
- Olive Street between Main Street and Belle Avenue
- Olive Street between Main Street and South Victoria Avenue
- Please anticipate increased traffic congestion in the area on July 4.

The celebration concludes with the eagerly anticipated firework show to occur at 9:00 pm.
PARKING
- FREE parking at Crossroads Christian Church and surrounding community as posted. Enter at Ontario and Fullerton. Kellogg closed for event.
- Preferred Parking at Santana Park - $20 parking fee for Santana parking lot as space permits. Enter at off Ontario and Fullerton. Kellogg closed for event.
- Pre-Sale Preferred Parking at Santana Park can be purchased for $10 May 27th through June 28th. [CLOSED]
Important Note: There will be a 30-minute delay for cars exiting the Santana parking lot following the fireworks show for pedestrian safety. Thank you for your patience.
NOTICE
- No Dogs or pets allowed at the park
- No gas/propane BBQs (Charcoal only in designated areas)
- No alcohol or cigarettes (including vaping) allowed in the park
- No drones
- No Trailers or RVs
SANTANA PARK NOTICES
- Park fields will be closed beginning Friday June 28th for event staging.
- Parking lots will be closed Wednesday, July 3rd at 3 p.m. to allow for Pre-Sale Preferred Event Parking.
- Skatepark will be closed on Thursday, July 4th.
