On the Go brings the magic of Community Services right to your neighborhood! Each week we provide opportunities for families to join us at various locations for hands-on activities.  We look forward to meeting you the next time we're out and about!

Easy English News

Easy English News is a newspapers class taking place every Friday afternoon, from 3:30pm-5:30pm, at Corona Public Library's Computer Learning Center (CLC).

The course aims to assist students build English core skills in areas of reading fluency, reading comprehension, basic writing skills, and vocabulary usage. Newspapers articles are carefully selected for classes to cover rich, diverse content of socio-economic, political and cultural themes in the US and around the world. While they are engaging with the class materials, students learn not only English core skills but also what is happing around them, to keep them informed and stay connected.
