Free demo classes

We're thrilled to announce the return of the FREE Fall Class Expo at the Circle City Center on Saturday, August 23, 2024!

Have you ever wanted to try Zumba, POUND, learn about nutrition and wellness, or even twist balloons? This is your chance! These are just a few of the many classes we'll be offering as free demos.

Join us for a fantastic opportunity to get a glimpse of the exciting classes available this Fall. Plus, you can register on-site for any classes that catch your interest!
