Home for the Holidays Pet Adoption Event

There is nothing like a home for the holidays. The City of Corona’s Animal Shelter dogs and cats have been really good this year; a loving home is their only Christmas wish. The Animal Shelter is hosting an adoption event to help make their Christmas wish come true.

The Corona Police Department was selected by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control Grant Assistance Program (GAP) to receive grant funding of $54,175 for the fiscal year of 2017/2018 to assist in ABC regulation programs.

Canyon Fire Burn Area Winter Preparedness

Recently burned hill slopes in Corona are at risk of debris and mud slides during rain storms. The Corona Fire Department has put together some helpful resources for residents in these areas to take time to prepare for these types of events, and will hold a community meeting on Dec. 19, 2017.
