The new splash pad will be coming to the Sierra Del Oro area at Corona’s Ridgeline Park later this summer. The City Council awarded the bid of the Splash Pad Project to California Waters at the April 5, 2017 Council Meeting. The project started construction on April 24, 2017 and has an anticipated completion date of June 30, 2017!

On Wednesday, May 3, 2017, City Council approved the installation of additional parking along the south side of Foothill Parkway from Trudy Way to Elysia Street, and the restriction of parking along Trudy Way, Elysia Street, and Skyline Drive.

The City of Corona’s Citrus Splash Zone is ready to help cool down Corona! Summer fun is in season and as of May 1, 2017 the Citrus Splash Zone is officially open for the summer!
Located in Citrus Park at 1250 Santana Way [MAP], the Citrus Splash Zone features a number of water features including spraying jets and water cannons – making it a cool and fun activity for all ages to enjoy! The splash pad is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from May 1st to Sept. 30th.

The City of Corona Department of Water and Power (DWP) is pleased to announce that the 2017 “Water is Life” Art Poster Contest was a success! Corona students from kindergarten through 12th grade submitted over 400 beautiful posters for consideration. All of the posters were creative and unique in their own way and each sent a special message about the importance of saving water.
