If you believe the drainage issue is being caused by a City facility, please contact Public Works for assistance at 951-736-2266. If you believe the drainage issue is being caused by another property owner adjacent to you, it is likely a civil matter and the City may not be able to assist with correction of the problem. If you believe your property is still under a developer's one year maintenance period, please contact Public Works Inspection for assistance at 951-279-3511.
