cloudLibrary NewsStand is the digital magazine and newspaper service with an expanding catalogue that currently contains over 7,000 titles in more than 60 languages. All magazines and newspapers are available immediately for unlimited simultaneous use. NewsStand is available as an easy-to-use standalone app.
Kanopy is a video streaming solution offering access to more than 30,000 documentaries, movies, and educational videos from thousands of producers such as Criterion Collection, PBS, Great Courses, Kino Lorber and more. Titles are always available. There are no holds or waiting lists. Users are limited to 10 items/month. If the library's monthly quota is reached, users may have to wait until the next month to checkout.

The Palace Project is a collection of more than 11,000 openly licensed titles available in high-quality epub format. The collection includes classics, contemporary fiction, nonfiction, children’s books, and textbooks, all reviewed by the DPLA Curation Corps of volunteer librarians.
The Palace Project app is available for Android or Apple devices.

- enki California Digital Library - A collection of simultaneous use ebooks made available to all California residents, no library card needed. Califa and Bibliolabs have made the collection available during the COVID-19 closure.

The University of California Press e-books collection holds books published by UCP (and a select few printed by other academic presses) between 1982-2004. The general public currently has access to 770 non-fiction books through this initiative. The collection is dynamic, with new titles being added over time.
